The Highest Quality Demands The Highest Standards
Delivering the highest quality CPO Certification also means that we must uphold the highest standards when it comes to our testing during our Online and In-Person CPO Certifications.
The Following is a list of policies and procedures when it comes CPO Certification testing:
Exam Policies
- A valid photo ID must be presented and verified by your instructor before examination may begin
- Video must be running and audio must be unmuted during the entirety of the examination period
- Your full face must be visible during the entirety of testing
- No talking with others in the room or with those testing is permitted
- Sounds and distractions inside the testing space must be kept to a minimum
- If the testing space is deemed too loud, too dark, or too distracting, your CPO Instructor may require that you reschedule your exam
- Cell phones may be used as a video and audio device for accessing Zoom, but are otherwise banned from use for taking the exam or use as a calculator during the exam
- Use of foul language is not permitted during the test and may result in a disqualification
- Reading questions out loud or mouthing questions is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate disqualification
- Help signing into the exam is permitted, but any help outside of that is strictly forbidden
Exam Procedures
- Any student who has a video or audio feed cut out or turned off will have 2 minutes from the first warning to fix the problem or to explain the reasoning for their cut out to their CPO Instructor
- Students whose video or audio turns off during the exam will be provided 1 verbal warning and 1 written warning via Zoom Chat per exam session about the video or audio violation
- If the offense is repeated, it will result in an immediate disqualification from finishing that examination
- Students who fail to comply with turning video or audio on when prompted by their CPO Instructor shall be disqualified from finishing the exam and will be required to re-take the exam with a designated third party proctor
- Students will immediately notify their instructor via email or text message in the event of a power outage, Act of God, or medical emergency that occurs during the exam or causes their Zoom feed to cut out
- Suspected cheating is up to the sole discretion of the CPO Instructor and any accused of suspected cheating shall be subject to taking the exam with a third party proctor
